Student Balance Transfer Tips:  When you apply online for a student credit card and initiate a balance transfer, be sure to continue making payments on your previous credit card until the 0% APR balance transfer clears.  You can verify that your balance transfer has cleared by checking the statement of the credit card you transferred the balance to.  All of the college student balance transfer credit cards offered above charge a 3% balance transfer fee.  At the moment, there are no college student credit cards that offer no fee balance transfers.  However, if you have an established credit history, you may be able to get approved for a regular credit card that offfers no fee balance transfers.
