If not, then unless his credit score is mediocre (below 700), he should apply, as companies are not particularly willing to lend to those without jobs, even if their spouse makes a sufficient income.]]></description>

My husband was out of a job for over a year and My credit (but not income)is much better than my husband&#039;s, but He recently landed a job (just started today) making 5 x&#039;s what he has been making.  It will be more than he has ever made before.  We had to incur quite a few job/temporary moving expenses for him and need something to transfer balances plus need to use in case of emergency until he starts getting paid.  Any ideas?  I have a visa that is my mom&#039;s and I&#039;s with a large limit but interest is high and don&#039;t want to use this as is primarily hers.  I would like to establish our own.]]></description>
