Over the past three years, I’ve been striving to make Smart Balance Transfers the definitive source on balance transfers. A lot of great people have taken the time to share comments and complaints about this site and the credit card companies I analyze in order to make recommendations to visitors like you. However, only a very small percentage of visitors share ideas with me, so I was hoping to solicit some feedback on how I can make this site a better tool to help people find balance transfer credit cards and save money on credit card interest.
