Citibank offers 0% APR balance transfers for 6 months with the Citi Platinum, as well as a 0% APR on purchases.  On balance transfers, Citi charges an industry standard 3% balance transfer fee per transaction. In addition to offering 0% interest rates on balance transfers and purchases for 6 months, Citi also offers some of the lowest longer term variable interest rates.
